Our focus is to renew and enhance the rail infrastructure to deliver our commitments for the future through increased efficiency and value for money. The emphasis is very much on excellence in project management delivery; with a more hands-on approach, good alignment with our corporate vision of 'engineering excellence' and closer collaboration with key suppliers. Adopting this approach will help us to achieve our corporate goals of higher service performance, increased system capability and improved customer and stakeholder relationships. And where our projects are track related, the scale and complexity will provide a unique set of challenges every day.
