Our awards recognise the people who have made a major difference to Network Rail.

The You Make The Difference awards are designed so that everyone across the company can recognise the efforts of individuals and teams who demonstrate the values that are key to our success.

Now in its sixth year, these awards support and reinforce Network Rail’s four values: determination, respect, teamwork and pride.

The awards demonstrate that how we do something is just as important as what we do. And that comes down to having engaged people who live and breathe our values every day.
