Ticket Refunds

The train operating companies run the passenger trains and you need to contact them about ticket refunds

Where to get a ticket refund

If you bought your ticket from:

  • A ticket office or self-service machine at a station - you need to return your ticket to the ticket office at any station (it does not have to be the station where you bought the ticket)
  • A travel agent - you need to return your ticket to the travel agent who sold it to you
  • A website or telesales office run by a train company - you need to return it to the address that they specify.
